Shipping Policy

At Scentsation India, we deliver our products to all parts of India and strive to ensure prompt delivery of your orders. We typically process most orders within 6-7 days, and shipping is carried out through a trusted courier company. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that factors such as traffic and distance between delivery locations may affect delivery time. In the event that we are unable to deliver within the estimated time, we will promptly notify you by phone or email. Please acknowledge the proof of delivery provided upon delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address.

We recommend that you place your orders at least 48 hours in advance before major holidays to ensure timely delivery. However, if there is a delay in shipping due to natural calamities or the product being out of stock, we will inform you in advance through your registered email address or mobile number.

Delivery time: 4–7 working days after placing the order.

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:
1. Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
2. Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
3. Kindly make sure that Phone number is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change.

Please note that Scentsation India is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. You will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number to your registered email address once the product has been shipped, allowing you to track your package’s delivery status.
