At Scentsation India, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers. Below are the details of our cancellation, return, replacements and refund policies:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please reach out to our customer support team via email at hello@scentsationindia.com or call us at +91 81693 96036. Orders can only be canceled within 4 days of the delivery completion date. Unfortunately, cancellations will not be accepted after this period.

Refund for Canceled Orders
For cancellations made before shipment:

  • Refunds will be credit withinย 3โ€“4 business daysย after your cancellation request is approved.
  • For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds will be credited to yourย Scentsation India walletย on your profile atย www.scentsationindia.com. Alternatively, you may request aย direct bank transfer, which will also take 3โ€“4 business days.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be credited to yourย Scentsation India walletย withinย 48โ€“72 business hoursย of receiving the returned products.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges only if you received a damaged or incorrect product. If this happens, you can request a return, replacement, or refund withinย 3 daysย of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in theirย original condition,ย unused, and in theirย original packaging.
  • Opened, tampered, or used products areย not eligibleย for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at hello@scentsationindia.comย or whatsapp us at +91 81693 96036 withinย 3 business daysย of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and an image and video of the product and invoice for reference.
  3. Send the Item: Our team will guide you through the process. Refunds or replacements will be initiated only after the product is received in its original condition with intact seals.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  • Original packaging, price tags, labels, or accessories are missing or damaged.
  • The product is used, altered, or outside theย 3-day return window.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please follow these steps withinย 5 daysย of receiving your order:

  1. Contact Us: Emailย hello@scentsationindia.comย or whatsapp us at +91 81693 96036 with your order ID, A description of the issue, and anย image and unboxing videoย of the product and invoice.
  2. Verification: Our team will verify your request and arrange for a product pick-up withinย 2โ€“4 business days.
  3. Resolution: Replacement will be done within 1-5 business days and the new products will be delivered within 1-7 business days.

Note: Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
