Return & Refund Policy
At Scentsation India, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers. Below are the details of our cancellation, return, replacements and refund policies:
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please reach out to our customer support team via email at hello@scentsationindia.com or call us at +91 81693 96036. Orders can only be canceled within 4 days of the delivery completion date. Unfortunately, cancellations will not be accepted after this period.
Refund for Canceled Orders
For cancellations made before shipment:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days after your cancellation request is approved.
- For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds will be credited to your Scentsation India wallet on your profile at www.scentsationindia.com. Alternatively, you may request a direct bank transfer, which will also take 3–4 business days.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be credited to your Scentsation India wallet within 48–72 business hours of receiving the returned products.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
We accept returns or exchanges only if you received a damaged or incorrect product. If this happens, you can request a return, replacement, or refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Opened, tampered, or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return?
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at hello@scentsationindia.com or whatsapp us at +91 81693 96036 within 3 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and an image and video of the product and invoice for reference.
- Send the Item: Our team will guide you through the process. Refunds or replacements will be initiated only after the product is received in its original condition with intact seals.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
- Original packaging, price tags, labels, or accessories are missing or damaged.
- The product is used, altered, or outside the 3-day return window.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please follow these steps within 5 days of receiving your order:
- Contact Us: Email hello@scentsationindia.com or whatsapp us at +91 81693 96036 with your order ID, A description of the issue, and an image and unboxing video of the product and invoice.
- Verification: Our team will verify your request and arrange for a product pick-up within 2–4 business days.
- Resolution: Refunds or replacements will be processed after the product is returned in its original condition with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.
Note: Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

- Scentsation India reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
